Virtual Office / Member Mailbox Form

MinorOak offers basic virtual office services to limited companies, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and independent contractors. Details are on the Virtual Office Page. We also offer a business mailbox service to our members and residents.

To take advantage of the virtual office service, you will need to set up a direct debit for the cost, using our booking software. You cannot use your address at MinorOak until we have put a credit or debit card into place as the payment method. When you want to end the service, simply give us one month’s notice by e-mail and we will cancel the direct debit.

We need to see two pieces of ID and two proofs of address in order to set up the account. The same IDs can serve both purposes. A passport + driving license with your current address, plus an official letter with your address, are ideal. Please make sure that the official ID you use has not expired, and that the letters you use as proof of address are from no more than three months ago.
