Your NG1 Nottingham Business Mailing Address

Get an affordable NG1 commercial address with easy access by car.

Nottingham’s city centre is a respected base for UK and international business, so an NG1 business address adds credibility. Additionally, when registering a Limited Company with Companies House, it’s a good idea to use a commercial address for your registered business premises, and P.O. boxes are not allowed.

MinorOak provides a private, locked steel post box for each virtual office client. You will be informed by e-mail or message every time something arrives for you. To pick up your mail, just let us know when you plan to stop by.

Nottingham Business Mailbox with Pick-Up: £18 per month

UK residents only

MinorOak makes it easy to pick up mail by car in the city centre; we’re located just off the A60 (Lower Parliament Street) and have ample standing room in the front. Call or e-mail ahead, and we can hand your mail to you as you sit in your car. Mail pick up is Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm or by appointment.

We would prefer it if you do not have packages sent to MinorOak, as we can’t store them securely and can’t guarantee there will always be someone here to sign for them. If any packages do arrive, we ask that you pick them up within a day, by appointment if necessary.

Nottingham Business Mailbox with Mail Opening: £30 per month

UK residents only, up to 10 letters per month. £1 per additional letter.

Do you spend time on site or abroad? MinorOak can open your mail, photograph the contents, and e-mail them to you. Confidentiality is important to us. We will photograph your mail in a private room, and we will delete the files once they’ve been sent. After the mail is photographed, it can be either shredded or stored in a locked mailbox for pick-up. Mail pickup is Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm or by appointment.

Nottingham Business Mailbox with Mail Forwarding: £30 per month

UK residents only, up to 10 letters per month. £1 per additional letter.

If you’d prefer to have your mail forwarded to your home address, we can provide that service, too. Letters will be forwarded within a week of arrival at MinorOak. The forwarding address must be in the UK.

Nottingham Business Mailbox with Mail Opening and Forwarding: £40 per month

UK residents only, up to 10 letters per month. £1 per additional letter.

We will scan and e-mail your mail, then forward it.
